Refund policy
Non-returnable items:
We do not offer return, exchange, or refund on any of the following:
- Gift cards
- Special orders
- Final sale items
- Opened pet food and treats
- Used Litter boxes
- Used Cat trees
- Used Pet beds
- Used collars/bowties/harnesses
- Used Grooming tools (ie. brush etc)
- Used Pet food/water bowls, water fountain
- Used Carriers
Returning in-store purchases
- Refunds or exchanges require original receipt within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, in new/re-sellable condition, and must be in its original packaging
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which products were purchased. If a gift card was used as partial tender, that amount will be credited to a gift card before other tenders are applied
Returning online purchases
- In Store: Bring the product in its original packaging along with proof of purchase (ie. shipping/order confirmation) to our store.
- By Mail: Please contact us first before shipping an item back to us for return. Customers are to arrange and pay for shipping of products to our store for returns. If an exchange is requested, customers are to pay for all additional shipping charges.
- Refunds or exchanges must be within 14 days of receiving the product (ie. pick up or delivery date)
- Items must be unused, in new/re-sellable condition, and must be in its original packaging
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For orders that were shipped with a “free local delivery” rate, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged and/or defective, please contact us within the time limit specified above. We will be happy to exchange the product for you.
